**Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd** is a growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to produce high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and customer-oriented **Admin Executive** to join our HR & Admin Department. This role involves managing daily administrative operations, ensuring GMP compliance support, and providing an excellent experience for staff, clients, and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide full administrative support to the HR & Admin Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee office management functions including stationery, office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate visits from corporate or business clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Oversee the staff pantry and ensure supplies, cleanliness, and upkeep are well maintained.
- Assist in handling employee welfare matters such as canteen, uniforms, lockers, laundry, medical claims, and staff engagement programs.
- Assist in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) administrative activities, including maintaining relevant records and documentation, supporting GMP audits, monitoring housekeeping standards, preparing compliance reports, and coordinating internal and external GMP inspections.
- Maintain proper filing systems, documentation, and administrative records.
- Support HR and Admin-related activities including meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Maintain the company gallery to ensure it is presentable and updated for client or guest visits.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or HR support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality, and professional appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
