Junior Finance

**Criteria**
- Female, 25 years and above
- Minimum Diploma in Finance or Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Finance & customer service
- Able to handle Microsoft office
- Pleasant personality
- Fluent to speak in English, Bahasa
- Can work in team and independent
- Have a own transport
Responsibility
- Monitoring daily costing & budgets, and communicating to operation team to manage the costs with in the budget and forecast
- Make sure all the transactions on time to capture all the costs in to system,as well as in the cost tracker,
- Gross operating Profit Reconciliation to prove the true GOP
- Client invoicing / billing on time
- Accrual accuracy should be as per the business standards
- All the invoice related issues should be handled properly for timely resolution
- Responsible for all month end statements - Profit and Loss reconciliation, rectification of errors ,strong follow up required with various stakeholders
- Monthly management report reviews with business heads
- Yearly budgets and quarterly / monthly forecast

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
