Business Results: '¢ Follow the guidelines / Procurement Landscape to support the acquisition of goods and services required '¢ Ensure compliance with the purchasing policy in all processes of procurement of goods and services. '¢ Comply with on-time delivery and quality of the information required by the Local, Regional and Global Purchasing '¢ Conduct effective negotiations to reach the annual target of savings and good service conditions for BAT '¢ Reload in Coupa all savings from the different purchasing processes, concluded immediately after the negotiation process. '¢ Ensure that all records and information regarding purchase orders and negotiations are up to date '¢ Provide weekly updates and report status negotiations with stakeholders as required '¢ Ensure right information contained in Coupa all the times '¢ Analyse and propose contingency plans to cover all possible risks and ensure continuous supply for the company Leadership Results: '¢ Develop own managerial skills as identified and agreed in personal development plan. '¢ Develop and coach the team's technical and managerial skills, supporting their career development. '¢ Support the local procurement team when required '¢ Guide the team in carrying out an effective sourcing process to ensure the delivery of services according to the customer requirements, promoting the achievement of objectives. Management Results '¢ Monitor resource utilization and ensure that resource allocation is being managed effectively enabling the team to meet agreed Service Level Agreements. '¢ Set clear annual performance objectives for direct reports and carry out performance reviews against the objectives as per the agreed schedule, ensuring that the team have clear direction and know what is expected of them. '¢ Create, implement and enforce Service Level Agreements with stakeholders and measure compliance. '¢ Conduct and ensure an effective tactical sourcing process in the negotiations handled by the Tactical Sourcing Team. '¢ Ensure a smooth operation of the Supplier Management Process '¢ Analyze statistical records and indicators to monitor price changes in the service categories and ensure visibility to the local and regional procurement teams '¢ Analyze and propose the optimal number of suppliers per product / service to be acquired considering risk, price policy, capacity and quality versus demand to optimize the purchasing process. '¢ Ensure the implementation the agreed global policies, standards and platforms provided Relationship Results: '¢ Develop excellent relationships with clients and team members to ensure a smooth flow of communication needed for the success of the entire procurement process or improvement initiatives. '¢ Work with the Local Procurement (PBMs) to develop and implement action plans that will improve the delivery of indirect services and goods. '¢ Manage the resolution of contractual issues and escalation of any identified problems when necessary. Innovation Results: '¢ Identify and implement improvement initiatives in the Sourcing process to ensure continuous improvement of the overall process and results '¢ Identify new products and services that would fit the business needs and inform Procurement Business Managers when necessary. '¢ Continuously critiques and improves work practises to reflect learnings. '¢ Drives continuous improvement in the processes, technology and toolkits in support of optimising Supplier Relationship Management.
