**Qualification**:
- Certification or equivalent qualification required.
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
Solid experience with HVAC and electrical systems.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
**Responsibility**:
- Assisting and pair with AO Chargeman daily operations of building and employee services, specifically focus in correcting building and facilities defects. This includes but not limit

**to**:
In-charge of general building, office equipment and joineries works (i.e. minor touch up painting, repair and oiling)
Conduct regular facilities inspection for the facilities and prepare recommendation report
Inspection to verify and fixing defects to ensure building quality and support quality audit program
Contribute solutions/ improvement plan on building maintenance which meet client’s expectations and cost saving targets.
