**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all aspects of hostel management in accordance with Act 446 and social compliance standard.
- Managing 24 hours Engineering / Technical Operations and Safety & Health on hostels for foreign worker / local employees. This including Real Estate Management to manage building licensing, operational permit through local agencies, etc.
- Responsible to ensure health and security of workers in hostel as well as to provide hygiene guidelines and safety precaution.
- Proactive and providing support to ensure the hostel surrounding environment is safe, good condition including arrangement of ad-hoc hostel warden duty.
- To formulate new hostel policies, to review and revise existing hostel procedures, rules & regulations from time to time in align with government requirement and legislation.
- Managing overall Hostel sections and administrations including complaints and welfare aspect of the hostel and also maintenance, cleanliness and facilities in the hostel.
- Handle and resolve issues that arise in the hostel and update to superiors.
- Responsible for hostel license renewal.
- Enter data for all employees staying in the hostel and keep records updated.
- Ensure the hostel buildings, fixtures, fittings remain to the highest possible standard.
- Carry out regular hostel audits and support fire drill exercise.
- Identify areas for improvement to overall hostels' monitoring and management
- compiling management reports and budget.
- Support other functions and duties assigned by the Management from time to time as and when required.
**Requirements and skills**
- SPM/ Diploma in Hostel Management or equivalent.
- Work experience as Hostel Executive are advantage.
- Disciplined and timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fast learner & able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
