**Position**: Production Assistant

**Location**: Seksyen 15, Shah Alam Selangor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist and Monitor Daily Production**: Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations daily.
- **Set Production Machines**: Help set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
- **Supervise Part-Time Staff**: Support in supervising and coordinating tasks for part-time workers within the warehouse production environment.
- **Ensure Quality and Safety**: Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality control throughout the production process.
- **Troubleshoot Issues**: Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to production equipment.
- **Adhere to Procedures**: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to achieve operational goals effectively.

Working Hours: 8.30 Am - 5.30 Pm (Day Shift) 5.30 Pm - 2.30 Am (Night Shift)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- SPM or Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
