**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular field audits at retail outlets (modern and general trade) to assess compliance with merchandising standards, promotional displays, and product availability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and report deviations or issues.
- Verify implementation of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSMs), promotions, planograms, and in-store branding in line with company expectations.
- Identify and report discrepancies in pricing, stock rotation, and shelf-life of products.
- Gather data on competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit timely audit reports with photographic evidence and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment on execution strategies.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of retail audit data collection.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve in-store execution and audit processes.
- Assist in special projects or assignments as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail auditing, FMCG, or field sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and merchandising standards.
- Ability to travel frequently and possess own transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under mínimal supervision.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,646.06 - RM5,490.93 per month
