We are seeking for an innovative and dynamic professional Events Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize, plan, manage, and execute various campaigns and events, including exhibitions, product launches, conferences, collaborations, and more.
- Manage event budget, results tracking and analysis, and overall event timeline.
- Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
- Liaising with partners to co-host events includes aligning on goals, sharing resources, and coordinating promotions.
- Work closely with internal departments and third-party vendors to coordinate all logistics for executing each assigned campaign.
- Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure smooth event flow by addressing and resolving any on-site issues.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for events.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, including volunteers, support staff, and external vendors.
- Train and guide event staff to ensure everyone is aligned with the event objectives.
- Develop and execute event marketing plans that achieve marketing and shared goals (registrations and attendees, Net Promoter Score, sponsorship targets, etc.).
- Manage procurement and event vendor management contracts and negotiations.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
- Keep track on data analyzing of the performance of all marketing events.
Increase company brand awareness.
- To work on ad-hoc task which is marketing related.

**Requirements**:

- At least with Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experiences on organizing marketing events such as exhibition, road show, business event etc.
- Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details and result.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in related event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and global events.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
