**Responsibilities**:
- Job Description- Performing general office duties, such as filing, data entry, mail processing and other administrative task
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, invoices, purchase orders, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Verifying and reconciling transactions such as account payable and receivable
- To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash, etc) and receivable of cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
- Maintaining account records and filing system
- Prepare/verify account of projects.
- Assists in tender submission and documentations.
Qualification- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Offices and other accounting software (if any)
