Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality and on-brand photo/video content.
- Keep up with TikTok & Instagram trends to create viral, engaging short-form content.

Creative Concept & Strategy
- Brainstorm content ideas aligned with our fashion drops, promotions, or brand themes.
- Collaborate with the team to plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Propose creative campaign angles that drive traffic and build community.

Copywriting & Storytelling
- Write catchy, on-brand captions and product descriptions.
- Craft compelling hooks for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Align tone of voice to target Gen Z and fashion-forward audiences.

Scheduling & Platform Management
- Plan and schedule posts for TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live, and Facebook using internal tools.
- Monitor performance and adapt content strategy based on engagement analytics.

Public Persona & Brand Representation
- Attend fashion-related shoots, live events, or community meetups if required.
- Maintain a polished, fashionable appearance that reflects our brand image.

**Requirements**:

- Strong on-camera presence and personality (you love being in front of the camera)
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and aesthetics.
- Good sense of style, visual direction, and trending formats.
- Excellent written skills (Malay + English) — copywriting flair is a must.
- Able to plan, schedule, and manage content without micro-management.

Bonus: Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe, etc.)
