**Job Overview**:
As a **Customer Service Executive**, you will work closely with the **Customer Service Manager** to support freight forwarding operations and ensure excellent service to clients. This includes coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, solving problems, and assisting in team tasks. You’ll be a vital link between internal departments, vendors, and customers, helping keep logistics processes smooth and efficient.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with planning and coordinating daily shipment activities
- Liaise with shipping lines, customs agents, transporters, and warehouse teams to support delivery schedules
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, inquiries, or issues
- Help resolve service-related problems quickly and professionally
- Support the team in maintaining service quality, customer satisfaction, and timely communication
- Collaborate with internal departments to align documentation, billing, and operational flow
- Maintain accurate records and monitor shipment progress to prevent delays.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Diploma in logistics, supply chain, or any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or customer service
- Proficient in **English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin** (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of logistics processes, documentation, and shipment coordination
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be based in **Iskandar Puteri, Johor**
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
