**JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform inspection and testing of all incoming materials, including gloves, in accordance with Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Read, understand, and follow all QA-related work instructions
- Operate and maintain QA apparatus/equipment in good working condition
- Complete accurate inspection, measurement, and testing reports, and ensure records are well maintained
- Ensure all inspections, measurements, and tests are carried out on schedule
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the production/packing department to support quality improvement
- Take necessary safety precautions when performing job duties
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the department and working area
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Carry out other related duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum SPM or relevant certificate/experience
- Able to work independently
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia/ English
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
