As a **Quality Control Executive **in the food industry, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all food products meet regulatory standards, are safe for consumption, and maintain high-quality standards. Here's a detailed job description:
1. **Quality Assurance Procedures**: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety and quality regulations such as HACCP, ISO, FDA, etc.

2. **Quality Control Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

3. **Testing and Analysis**: Oversee the testing and analysis of food samples for various parameters including but not limited to microbiological, chemical, and physical properties. This may involve using laboratory equipment and conducting sensory evaluations.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspection results, and any deviations from standards. Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

5. **Supplier Management**: Evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and ingredients meet quality specifications. Collaborate with procurement teams to address any quality issues with suppliers.

6. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production and quality control processes. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve overall quality performance.

7. **Training and Compliance**: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and regulations. Ensure that all employees are aware of and compliant with food safety and quality requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with food testing methods and equipment is preferred.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniques is a plus.
- Able to work in Bandar Enstek

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
