Event Marketing Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of brand activations from initial concept development through to
successful completion, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional
experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and field crews to ensure smooth and
timely execution.
- Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events (weekend as well if
needed)
- Track and report on event performance, including sales and stock updates.
- Identify creative advertising or branding opportunities in high-impact locations.
- Monitor supplier performance and stay updated on market trends and competitor
activities.
- Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event concepts
and experiences.
- Conduct post-event reviews and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Fully
in-charge with project reporting and make sure it’s submitied on time with full
justification (report by weekly)
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record (minimum 2-4 years) in event management
- Possess own transport for travelling, must be willing to travel to event site from time
to time
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point.
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and event/project
management tools.
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible hours
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in events or marketing roles is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
