**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services within budget.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and measure event success.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies to promote events.
- Create compelling marketing content and materials to drive event attendance and participation.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results and ensure effective outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing successful events, particularly in eco-travel, cultural event, eldercare planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Experience with marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
