**Your challenges**
- Develop, implement, and maintain core user tracking, data layers, and A/B testing functionality across various platforms using Flutter, React JS, and other pertinent technologies while utilising events tracking for real-time user monitoring and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements, develop solutions, and integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance functionality.
- Design and execute A/B tests and analyse the results to make data-driven decisions for maximum user experience optimisation.
- Utilise user behaviour and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement to serve users better.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture, data flows, and integration processes, ensuring adherence to best industry practices related to data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to user tracking, data layers, and third-party integrations while continuously exploring new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to improve and expand our offerings.
- Assist with designing and developing data visualisation tools and dashboards to facilitate insights and decision-making and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of software development experience, specifically focusing on user tracking, data layers, and third-party integrations
- Experience in designing, executing, and analysing A/B tests during the development process
- Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, or equivalents
- Fluency in Flutter for mobile app development across iOS and Android platforms
- Proficiency in using DataDog RUM or similar tools for real-time user monitoring and performance assessment
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile app analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Firebase
- Familiarity with data layer management tools like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and third-party APIs.
- Deep understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA
- Attention to detail with strong organisational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

**What’s good to have**
- Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Perl), data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, D3.js), SQL and data analysis, and Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure)
