**Job Specifications**:

- Supervise, check and monitor construction works in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statement, Qlassic requirement and work program.
- To coordinate Mechanical and electrical work with Architecture, Civil & Structural & ID work.
- Supervise, check, and record work execution is in accordance with engineer’s instructions.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and Resident Engineer to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure installation works are carried out in compliance to local authorities' requirement and sub-contract specification.
- Witness and record inspections, testing and commissioning, work executed etc.
- Check material delivered are as approved and properly stored.
- Verification of stage billing & progress claim.
- Identify outstanding work and problem encountered at site and propose mitigation solution together with consultant and Resident Engineer
- Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings & monitor defect rectification.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments assigned as and when required.
- Attend, progress meeting, site staff coordination meeting and report daily site activities or any meeting when required.

**Job Requirement**:

- Min. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical/ M&E Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 2 years of strong work experience with mechanical & electrical works for Residential / Commercial building.
- Ability to read and interpret M&E engineering drawings, specifications and other material pertinent to construction.
- Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements.
- Able to liaise effectively with consultants, authorities and contractors.
- Should have good communication skills and inspection skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural team.
- Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office / Excel).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
