Now, we’re looking for a **Safety & Health Coordinator** to join our dynamic team

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Safety & Health Coordinator to support and promote Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) best practices within our facility. The role is focused on routine warehouse, assembly, machining and other activities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of workplace safety and health practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections on work areas, tools, equipment, storage areas, and emergency facilities.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and any potential hazards in a clear and timely manner.
- Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation to mitigate risks.
- Assist in investigating minor incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices. Report findings and suggest preventive measures.
- Support in organizing safety-related programs (e.g., fire drills, toolbox talks, briefings).
- Maintain records of safety checks, incidents, safety data sheets (SDS), chemical handling logs, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements (e.g., signage, PPE usage, fire extinguisher inspections).
- Organize and support the Safety Committee in planning and conducting meetings.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Legal Register and safety documentation.
- Liaise with external parties (e.g., BOMBA, local authorities) when necessary for certifications or inspections.
- Monitor machinery condition and report any safety-related maintenance needs.
- Other safety related tasks where applicable

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a safety-related role (warehouse, logistics, manufacturing is an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Familiarity with OSH practices and legal requirements in Malaysia.
- Certification in OSH-related training (e.g., Basic OSH, HIRARC, ERP) is an added advantage.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Able to work independently and be hands-on with site matters.
- Proficient in preparing reports and documentation.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
