**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive (Fertilizer) to join our team at QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd. In this full-time, on-site role based in Nilai Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality fertilizer products to a diverse range of agricultural customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities for our fertilizer products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Negotiating competitive pricing and contract terms to secure sales
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Accurately recording and reporting on all sales activities and pipeline
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1- or 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the agricultural or fertilizer industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required
- Willing to report in Shah Alam Office

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
