- Job description**About the role**
As a University Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational RPO solution delivery of a team across APJ managing intern/apprentice/graduate hiring. A key objective of this role is to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction that is consistently maintained and achieved by you and your
team.
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage regional team across multiple geographies, leading them to deliver a world class recruitment service for our client
- Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
- Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client
- Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
- Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Line Manager relationships Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage external vendor relationships as well as an annual budget for employer engagement and attraction activities
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team leadership experience
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Expert knowledge sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices for intern/apprentice/graduate hiring
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards and able to interpret data to diagnose route
cause
- Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability.
