Technical Support, Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the technical team in answering customer and sales team queries.
- Assist in identifying and solving basic equipment or lubrication-related issues.
- Help in selecting the correct lubricant products for various machines and vehicles.
- Take part in customer site visits, equipment checks, and product testing.
- Help prepare technical reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist in providing Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and product disposal guidance in compliance with local regulations and Shell standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technical services with broader business objectives.
**Job Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Good problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
- Basic understanding of lubrication principles and mechanical systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Able to commit to the full duration of the internship.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
