The Core Job:

- You are required to timely prepare, review, and submit periodic financial performance of the Company as well as information required to obtain approval from management, the board of directors, and regulators.
- You will perform an analytical review and provide explanations relating to financial results, accounts and discloses to management and board of directors
- You will timely prepare the budget and forecast submission to management and board of directors.
- You have to prepare audited financial statements and schedules for auditors for an annual audit of statutory financial statements.
- You are required to ensure periodic financial statements and disclosures are in compliance with applicable accounting standard and regulatory requirements.
- You will assist in the preparation of audit committee and Board papers for submission to the respective committees
- You will deal with auditors on issues relating to the annual audit, bankers, tax agents, and company secretary.
- You have to review appropriateness of journal vouchers raised prior to posting into SAP system and handle month-end financial closing for management reporting.
- You will be in charge of making continuous improvements to the reporting system and procedures that support the company's exports, including GL and SAP
- You have to coordinate and lease with internal or external auditors' subsidiaries and manage timelines, schedules and reports pertaining to periodic reporting requirements.
- You need to establish and operationalize or set up TPV Finance function I.e financial reporting and operate by rolling out the SAP B1 modules
- You will be establishing Finance SOPs or Policies and procedures of finance functions based on Group’s policies implementation of MDRS 17
- You will be handling the day-to-day operational matters and assisting on corporate matters and ad-hoc assignments.

**Education/Experience**:

- 5 to 10 years' working experience is needed in the field
