The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting daily production operations within the CPPC. This role involves assisting in product preparation, monitoring production processes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

**Key Expectations**
- Assist in daily production and processing activities according to SOPs.
- Prepare raw materials and ensure accurate weighing and handling.
- Monitor production flow and report any irregularities to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all work areas.
- Support packing, labeling, and storage of finished products.
- Cooperate with team members to achieve production targets.

**Other Duties**
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support division goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent).
- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.

**Skills**
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills with supervisors and team members.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
