Role synopsis:
Provides business-facing consultation and advice to individual line managers and may facilitate the resolution of everyday queries and coaching to drive engagement, pre-empting and resolving line manager inquiries on policy and informal ER cases. The role uses data to coach line managers to ensure they are supported throughout all people management activities. The advisor delivers reliable, compliant, and secure P&C operations in support of the business, leveraging and interpreting data and insights relevant to the business they support. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for line managers for people management queries, advising on policies and processes, and ensuring a positive experience by prioritizing and seeking guidance on tickets using Salesforce.

**Essential Experience**
- 3-5 years of HR/People & Culture experience, including employee relations and case management.
- Proven ability to coach and advise line managers on people matters, policies, and cyclical processes (e.g., goal setting, pay review).
- Experience supporting business leaders with people-related decisions and resolving day-to-day queries.
- Familiarity with organizational change, matrix environments, and local labor legislation.
- Strong understanding of business context and ability to interpret people data and insights.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, HRIS platforms) and Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in using reporting and analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Ability to manage and triage queries across HR service tiers, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Comfortable navigating and updating data across HR technology platforms.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
