Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as online databases, social media, industry groups and trade associations.
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads by assessing their project requirements, budgets, timelines, and other criteria.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing ongoing support by addressing their concerns, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development Engineers/Managers to align strategies, share market insights, and support each other in achieving sales goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to update management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows (e.g. MPIA Solar Roadshow), industry events and marketing campaigns to increase company’s recognition within the solar EPCC sector.

- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize tasks/responsibilities, meet expected timelines and work under minimum supervision.
