**What You'll Do**:

- Greet and engage customers in-store, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Understand and present our smart home products with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support daily retail operations including stock handling, store cleanliness, and displays.
- Assist during promotions, roadshows, and product launches.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about technology, gadgets, or lifestyle electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who’s proactive and eager to learn.
- Retail experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you
