Payroll Executive @ Senai

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time using payroll systems such as HRMS or equivalent.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and others.
- Calculate overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with Malaysian labour laws.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive payroll data for employees across all levels.
- Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and support documentation for internal use and audits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on salary disbursement, claims, and tax submissions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, tax, and statutory contributions in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR software (e.g. HRMS).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act and statutory payroll calculations (OT, deductions, etc.).
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: RM3,066.76 - RM6,615.63 per month
