**Position**:Contract Manager
**Company Context**: A building and sewerage construction company in Johor
**Salary**: RM12,000 - RM15,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage pre
- and post-contract activities for assigned projects.
- Prepare and review contract/sub-contract documents, including BOQ, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Prepare project budgets, conduct tender evaluations, and prepare tender reports.
- Draft contract agreements and provide recommendations for contract awards.
- Validate site valuations, contractor claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Process consultant fee claims and maintain updated cost information on building materials.
- Compile cost plans and data for future project planning.
- Conduct value engineering and design reviews to optimize costs and maintain quality.
- Prepare contractor/subcontractor prequalification and shortlisting reports.
- Coordinate meetings with consultants and contractors to resolve project issues.
- Support the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and financial process integration.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in contract administration or management (preferably in the construction industry).
- Familiar with both pre
- and post-contract stages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); knowledge of AutoCAD or contract management software is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
