**Job Duties**
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company.
- Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agent for company related matters.
- Prepare all inter-company transactions
- Assist in month-end closing related activities.
- Assist in preparation of any ad hoc financial reporting as required by Stakeholders.
- Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Process both accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure proper recording of progressive work done and billing.
- Manage all banking related matters.
- Assist in annual company budget and project budget
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual withholding tax
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or Equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience
- Minimum 2 years of handling full set of accounts
- Good administrative and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently with good initiative
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
