**Company Background**:

**Job Description (JD)**
- ****Lead and manage new project setup from concept to mass production, ensuring all project milestones are achieved within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality to ensure smooth project execution and readiness for mass production.
- Responsible for the overall project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.
- Work closely with customers to understand project requirements, provide technical feedback, and maintain strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards and customer specifications.
- Oversee the establishment of new production lines, equipment installation, qualification, and process validation.
- Monitor project KPIs, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure smooth handover from project phase to mass production, including documentation and training.

**Job Requirement (JR)**
- ****Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Minimum **10 years of working experience** in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry, with at least **5 years in project management**.
- **Proven experience in setting up new production lines or new plant setup** (must-have).
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., assembly, testing, automation, cleanroom environment).
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with customers and internal management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to liaise with regional stakeholders.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM27,000.00 per month
