Sales Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise and SME segments.
- Present and promote IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal technical teams to design suitable solutions and proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on project progress, delivery status, and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and product seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or system integration business.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, or cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or regionally.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
