**Responsibilities**:

Job Position : QA TechnicianReporting To : QA EngineerOverall Description of Job : Incoming Quality Control
- Inprocess Quality Control
- Outgoing Quality Control
- Equipment calibrationResponsibilities & Duties : Perform first piece and in process inspection to ensure that production are producing part meeting quality specification
- Perform outgoing inspection
- Final inspection on the Work In Progress parts before sending to surface treatment.
- Assist on maintaining and arrange all measuring instruments for external calibration
- Liaison with production personal on internal product quality issue
- Data collection for SPC monitoring to ensure the process are within CPK control
- Issue inspection report and labels
- Issue delivery note.
- Systematically handling the nonconformance parts.
- Any extra responsibility assign by the immediate superior or above.Authority : Issue inspection report & label
- Issue delivery note
- Issue part Non conformance report
- Issue internal calibration report
- Stop non-conformance parts from continue to the next processJOB SPECIFICATION:

- Minimum core qualifications : At least SPM preferably from Science stream
- Added related knowledge/
- Qualifications (desired):

- Types of core skills
- (Adv/Skilled/Semi-skilled etc:

- Knowledge on using measuring instruments including profile projector, height gauge, micrometer, etc.
- Additional skills (desired) : Interpret engineering third angle drawing & GD & T.
- Experience in handling CMM and vision (non contact) inspection.
- Relevant work experience &
- Exposure (core) : Experience in working as quality inspections in mechanical field.
- Type of leadership traits
- (*core/desired) : Ability to motivate and promote people on quality awareness
- Personality profile (desired) : Teamwork, commitment, willing to take new challenges, willing to learn
- Computer literacy (desired) : MS word and MS excel
