1. Attend to guest and staff request in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Complete assigned side work prior to opening and closing of the restaurant each day. 3. Promote teamwork whilst working and assist others whenever possible to the advantage of the guest. 4. Maintain standard during set up and ensure settings are uniformed. 5. Serve all food & beverage with basic knowledge of ingredient and preparation times and methods. 6. Carry trays of food & beverage promoting safety and breakage avoidance. 7. Clear tables quietly and efficiently. 8. Rest tables quickly and accurately 9. Relay all guest comments to F&B Supervisor and Executive. 10. Promote professionalism through appearance and manner. 11. Maintain complete familiarity of safety and fire emergency procedures. 12. Maintain staff uniform in clean and tidy form. 13. Maintaining grooming of hair and shoes to hotel standard 14. Perform all related duties as requested by the F&B Supervisor and Executive. 15. It is the responsibility of each F&B Assistant to carry out all the task outlined in the standard and procedures. 16. All service personal area required to assist in other outlets when necessary. 17. Be aware of your roster and give adequate notice whenever serious circumstances prevent you adhering to your roster. 18. Be punctual (15 minutes ) efficient and above all courteous. Assume at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude toward each guest. Watch for the arrival guest, making a point to great them pleasantly even if they cannot be accommodated immediately.
