We are looking for a **CRM & Database Marketing Specialist** to spearhead our customer relationship and database initiatives. In this role, you will manage our database architecture, improve data quality, and design targeted CRM campaigns that maximize engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive **CRM strategy** to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain customer database accuracy, ensuring **data integrity, consistency, and security** at all times.
- Perform **in-depth database segmentation and analysis** to identify key customer trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
- Design and implement CRM-driven campaigns to enhance **customer retention, reactivation, and cross-selling opportunities**.
- Collaborate with automation and digital marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows integrate seamlessly with other channels.
- Continuously monitor CRM and database performance to **minimize unsubscribe rates** and maximize active engagement.
- Conduct **data enrichment and cleansing activities** to improve database quality and reduce inactive contacts.
- Provide actionable insights and **regular reporting** on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement metrics to top management.
- Work closely with IT/data teams to ensure the CRM system is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of **personalized customer journeys**, leveraging CRM insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support ad-hoc CRM and database-related projects, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Solid experience in **CRM strategy, database management, and customer lifecycle marketing**.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong **data analytics skills**, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable strategies.
- Added advantage: Experience in integrating CRM with automation and digital marketing campaigns.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
