simultaneously ensuring optimal validation of balances and the reasonableness of each of the accounts that our client uses for its
transactions. You will be responsible for supporting the Group in establishing, improving, and maintaining a robust governance and risk
management framework. You will collaborate with senior management and support stakeholders to ensure risks are effectively identified,
managed, and monitored. You will support a global business in FX/CFD/Crypto trading.
The role will be based in Dubai and report into the Group CFO and comprise the following key responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
v Responsible for all merchant settlements and reconciliation being completed daily, weekly and monthlyd
v Review the transaction details from merchants on a daily basis and reconcile every transaction that has been settled; resolving
transaction exceptions variances and pending settlementsd
v Manage multiple merchant related settlements and transaction details on a daily mannerd
v Enforce strong risk and operational controls at all times and secure satisfactory audit results and adhere strictly with service commitment
to merchant settlementd
v Ensure all Operations activities are carried out in compliance with authorised processes and procedures and all processes to be
documentedd
v Work in close collaboration with peers from Risk, Finance and merchant business support to support the accounting functionality related
to reconciliation and settlementd
v Prepare and submit weekly reports/exhibits of merchant settlement activitiesd
v Participate in the review and development of new initiatives designed to improve on the existing platformd
v Support automation/ Innovation, process review improvement developments product operational testingd
v Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:
v Bachelor’s degree in business related field with at least 5 years of experience in settlement & reconciliations in trading or relevant financial
services busines£
v Good experience in MT¦ / MT5 and CRM tool£
v High attention to detail, well organised and excellent analytical skill£
v Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-tas¥
v Ability to work as part of a team and manage project£
