**Digital Transformation Technician**

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Salary - RM42,000- RM55,000

**A brief description of the role**

**What you’ll be doing: ( **key responsibilities)**
- Provide efficient IT support to UK and global staff as part of your broader role
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy
- Assist in the management and enhancement of Microsoft 365 and associated services
- Participate in the development of custom solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Intune, Defender)
- Collaborate on WordPress website design, development, and support
- Work closely with the Group Head of ICT & Digital Transformation to champion effective use of internal systems and proactively develop functionality
- Assist in researching and implementing AI-based solutionsContribute innovative ideas to improve our digital infrastructure and processes

**Who we’re looking for**:
**Essential**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Desirable**

- Experience with data analytics or machine learning projects
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of WordPress and web development processes
- Understanding of IT security best practicesExperience with any ERP, CRM, or business systems integrations
