Paralegal / Litigation Clerk

Assist lawyer in preparation of legal documents including preparing, drafting, organizing, formatting and proofreading legal documents
- Prepare file and serve court documents, pleadings, motion, and correspondence.
- Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation matter
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, including electronic and physical files.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, data entry and copying
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as necessary.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned.
- Quick and sharp to attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time
- Posses good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak other languages such as Tamil and Mandarin will be an added advantage
- SPM qualified, Good Microsoft Skill
- Meticulous and able to work as team
- Prior relevant experience not essential, on-site training will be provided
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
