Responsibilities:

- Fulfillment for online marketplace.
- Confirm the item ready to be shipped out is in good condition and well packing.
- Checking and filing for all trip listing, delivery orders and packaging listing.
- Perform service and follow up with supplier/service center for dented and broken item.
- Follow up with the customer to inform the estimate time the item will be ready.
- Make sure all service set is returned within the time frame.
- Make sure all the loading and unloading are documented in the system.
- Handle daily warehouse activities, including transport arrangement, inventory control, and space management.
- Make a stock list of goods available in the warehouse and keeping accurate records.
- Handling stock inflow and Outflow
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least SPM level.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration.
- Working day Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
