**Responsibilities**: - To assist and support daily operations in scheduling, documentation, and inquiries in a timely manner, - Maintaining the filing system - Interview and liaise with customers. - Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency - Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments **Job Requirements**: - Previous working experience in “KOPERASI KREDIT” or financial institutions is preferred for this position. - Experienced in providing and maintaining "GOOD FILING SYSTEM" is essential. - Experienced in using Microsoft Excel - Required language(s) : Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English - At least 2 years of working experience in the “KOPERASI” field. - Required skills : Loan processing for “KOPERASI”, customer service, computer literate, detail-oriented, communication skills. - Hardworking, self-starter and can work independently with minimum supervision. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Work Location: In person
