Software/Information Processing, Manufacturing(Machinery)- Automation Manager will lead the automation team to deliver effective, well-integrated solutions to operations and business teams. He/ She should drive the principle to automate the right way by using the right tool/s and best solution design for every problem or automation opportunity.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and business processes to design and propose effective automation solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design comprehensive automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and technologies.
- Select appropriate hardware, software, and networking components to meet project requirements.
- Manage project execution, ensuring that milestones are met, and the solution is delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the integration process.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and other specialists to implement the designed solutions.
- Offer ongoing support and assistance to address any user concerns or issues.
- Identify potential risks associated with system integration projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor system performance, address any issues, and implement updates or improvements as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Have experiences to be the lead for the engineering team
- MUST Automation background - Software, Mech, Electrical/Application & Service**English Level**:
**Other Language**:
Mandarin, English
