Accounts HR Executive

**Scope of work**
Accounting & Finance:
- Issue **invoices and billing** to customers
- Record **supplier invoices and payments**(E-invoicing)
- Maintain **monthly management accounts** (P&L, basic reports)
- Perform **bank reconciliations**:
- Assist in SST submission and audit prep (optional if experienced)
HR & Payroll:
- Prepare **monthly payroll calculations**, EPF, SOCSO, PCB
- Maintain **HR records** (attendance, leave tracking, employee files)
- Draft **employment letters**, handle onboarding/offboarding
- Support **HR compliance** with local regulations (e.g., LHDN, SOCSO)
- Handle claims, annual leave, and basic HR policies
Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,350.00 per month
