Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Kitchen Helper** to join our dynamic team at **DAGANG HQ'** in **Besut Terengganu**. As a full-time member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting the chef and kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of meals
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils and work surfaces are clean and well-maintained
- Monitoring inventory levels and informing the chef of any supplies that need to be ordered
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

**What we're looking for**
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen or catering environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Basic food preparation and cooking skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and develop your culinary skills
