We are looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Assistant** with **hands-on experience in HR, accounting, and general administration**. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced investment environment, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administration**:
- Handle day-to-day office administration: document filing, scheduling, record keeping
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
**Accounting**:
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable
- Support preparation of internal financial reports and audit documentation
**Human Resources**:
- Maintain staff records, leave tracking, and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Support general HR operations and employee matters
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field
- **Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience** in a similar role (admin/account/HR)
- Basic understanding of accounting and HR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
