SALES TELEMARKETER CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE (IMMEDIATE HIRING) Location : LOT L3-22A, KL ECO CITY MALL, BANGSAR, Kuala Lumpur Operation time : 9am-6pm (Monday - Saturday) Profession : Diploma in Business or Marketing, Professional Admin/HR Certification, Any Professional Certification, Certification in TeleMarketing Type : Full time Salary (BASIC) 2500 - 3000 per month depending on experience **JOB DESCRIPTION (**SALES TELEMARKETER CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE**)** - Keeping the clinic clean and maintain the instruments/equipment in good condition. - Perform daily clerical, **Human Resources**, logístical & **administrative support** Only to clinic i.e key in leads information data. - Consulting patient about post treatment sessions and beauty including skin product via the phone to convince patient to come for appts. Also supporting the Beauty consultant on daily task. ( supporting only) - Make cold calls and do follow-ups to set up appointments for the sales team with the prospects - Explain the product or service to the prospects via phone calls - Find leads through websites and come up with other innovative ways to obtain leads (eg. from forum, social media posting, etc) - Creatively find ways to achieve high sales volume - Sending reminder for appointments. - **Meet sales target. Ensure sales objectives and targets are achieved in a timely manner**: - Maintain high-quality / Professional service - **Engage with existing customers to cross-sell aesthetic treatment packages & products**: - **Utilize a script to persuade customers and determine their eligibility**: - Must be able to do cold calls, looking for clients and booking patient appointment and sending reminders for appt to patient. - Helping the clinic on marketing/screening campaign. **REQUIREMENT** - Minimum Education Level:Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Certification - Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 years experience ( **Proven experience in telesales**) - Technical Skills or Particular Experience:General Practice and Aesthetic, Microsoft Office, Internet, (computer skills), basic accounting knowledge - Soft Skills:Fluent in English, Bahasa, Willing to learn, Honest, responsible, Good communication skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Good work ethics, **Outstanding phone etiquette**, good PR and Marketing skills.
