Account Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Reporting & Management**:
- Prepare a full set of accounts and ensure transactions are up-to-date.
- Generate and present weekly, monthly, and yearly MIS (Management Information System) reports to management as required.
- **Payment Processing & Reconciliation**:
- Prepare payment vouchers and cheques promptly while resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements and update the monthly aging report.
- Assist in arranging payments based on current transactions.
- **Coordination with Third Parties**:
- Assist in liaising with auditors, banks, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain proper documentation and a well-organized filing system for all accounting records.
- **Daily Data Entry**:
- Perform accurate data entry into the SQL Accounting System on a daily basis.
- **Invoice & Purchase Order Matching**:
- Match Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and account statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- **Support to Heads of Departments (HODs)**:
- Assist HODs with completing various tasks and provide support for ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
