**PAYROLL**
- Memastikan setiap borang kerja lebih masa, borang cuti dan sijil cuti sakit diterima sebelum atau pada setiap 10hb.
- Memasukkan setiap maklumat yang berkaitan untuk pembayaran gaji ke dalam sistem payroll.
- Menyerahkan semua 'Payroll Summary' kepada Pengarah Urusan bagi mendapatkan kelulusan.
- Memastikan pembayaran gaji dibuat kepada anggota kerja pada 20hb pada setiap bulan bagi anggota kerja yang telah 'confirm' dan akhir bulan bagi anggota kerja yang belum confirm'.

**KWSP & SOCSO**
- Memastikan setiap pekerja baru didaftarkan keahliannya ke dalam KWSP & SOCSO sekiranya mereka belum berdaftar.
- Memastikan penyata KWSP (Borang A) pada setiap bulan mengikut garis panduan KWSP dan pembayaran dibuat sebelum 15hb pada bulan berikutnya.
- Memastikan penyata PERKESO (Borang 8A) pada setiap bulan mengikut garis panduan PERKESO dan pembayaran dibuat sebelum 15hb pada bulan berikutnya. -Memastikan pekerja yang mengalami kemalangan sewaktu bekerja mendapat tuntutan dari pihak PERKESO.
- Membuat tuntutan dari pihak PERKESO bagi anggota kerja yang mengalami kemalangan semasa waktu bekerja.

**BORANG TUNTUTAN**
- Memastikan borang tuntutan seperti tuntutan perjalanan dan sebagainya diterima sebelum atau pada 25hb setiap bulan.
- Memastikan setiap dokumen sokongan beserta borang tuntutan yang diterima adalah yang asli.
- Membuat rumusan / ringkasan bagi setiap borang tuntutan yang diterima untuk disemak oleh penyelia dan dipersetujui oleh pihak atasan.

**PUNCH CARD**
- Memastikan 'punch card' disediakana bagi anggota kerja yang belum confirm disediakan untuk setiap bulan bagi anggota kerja AHPSB. -Memastikan 'punch card' lama ditukar dengan 'punch card' baru sebelum 1hb setiap bulan.
- Memastikan mesin 'punch card' sentiasa dalam keadaan baik & mendapat service tiga kali setahun begitu juga dengan cawangan. ----
- Menyerahkan laporan bulanan anggota kerja AHPSB pada HOD/Eksekutif Akaun & Pentadbiran untuk dibentangkan dalam mesyuarat pengurusan.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources payroll: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
