- **Working Days**: Mon-Fri (Sat if special tasks)
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Reports Required (Templates Provided)**:

- **Daily**: Attendance, tasks, issues/complaints, payments collected
- **Weekly**: Facility bookings, inspections, pending vendor work, procurement
- **Monthly**: Building, operations, and finance summaries

**Company Expectations**:

- Continuously learn and understand work systems and processes.

**Administrative Support Intern Duties**:

- Handle resident complaints and maintain good relations.
- Record complaints and follow up with maintenance staff for updates.
- Check work requisition documents and assist with purchase orders.
- Distribute insurance certificates and assist with office administrative tasks.
- Issue scheduled billings, vehicle stickers, and access cards.
- Coordinate facility bookings and contractor work schedules.
- Collect service charges, issue receipts, and assist with transactions (GL, AP, AR).
- Maintain cash flow statements, monthly billings, and cashbooks.
- Prepare payment listings, vouchers, and cheques for JMB/MC approval.
- Monitor deposits, refunds, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Summarize aging reports, daily collections, and account ledgers.
- Ensure collections are banked and petty cash is managed as approved.
- Issue reminders for unpaid fees and manage billing for management/sinking funds.
- Ensure all approved expenses are paid promptly.
