**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Regional Oversight**: Manage and support branch managers across the region, ensuring effective operations and high performance at each location.
- **Process Implementation**: Develop and enforce standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop branch management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze branch performance metrics, identify trends and areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to achieve regional objectives.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate resources efficiently across branches, considering staffing needs, budget constraints, and operational demands.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure all branches comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and stay updated on changes in local legislation.
- **Customer Engagement**: Oversee customer service initiatives to ensure a consistent and positive experience across all branches, addressing issues as they arise.
- **Training Coordination**: Identify training requirements and facilitate programs to develop the skills of branch staff and management teams.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Gather and analyze operational data, preparing reports that inform management decisions and highlight areas for improvement.
- **Market Expansion**: Collaborate with senior management to explore new business opportunities and potential branch openings, contributing to the company's growth strategy.
- **Risk Management**: Assess and mitigate risks affecting branch operations, ensuring business continuity and reputation protection.
- **Strategic Collaborations**: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's market presence and operational capabilities.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Maintain effective communication within the region and provide regular updates to senior management regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
