**Job Description** Position Overview**
**Critical Objectives & Outcomes**
- ** Deliver profitable, double-digit revenue growth in ASEAN.**
- ** Develop the right growth strategy and distribution channels in the market.**
- ** Build up and maintain customer relationships and all related account activities.**
- ** Uncover and assess customer needs and develop a plan to execute mutual value creation.**
- ** Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.**
- ** Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills. Establish pricing programs and strategies that grow volume and improve profitability.**
- ** Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Customer Service, Technical Service, Product Management, Operations and other Sales Team members to deliver superior service and products to customers.**
- ** Work with Product Management to plan and implement product line programs including new product launches/commercialization and customer support.**
- ** Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.**
**Qualifications**
- **
Proven self-starter eager to uncover and close business growth opportunities.**
- ** Bachelor’s Degree required.**
- ** 6+ year’s applicable experience with at least 3 years assigned to national or strategic accounts preferred.**
- ** Competencies interacting throughout the value chain, especially with industrial Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.**
- ** Knowledgeable in pressure sensitive adhesives, coating and processing technologies preferred.**
- ** Proven negotiation skills/experience and demonstrated track record of sales growth and success.**
- ** Excellent financial skills and business acumen.**
- ** Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.**
- ** Excellent interpersonal skills and communications.**
- ** Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps and other function specific software.
