**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and excellent service.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting products.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock levels.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and stocktaking.
- Ensure cash register balances at the end of each shift.
- Follow company policies and procedures for sales, returns, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM/Diploma.
- **Experience**: Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or a similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail in handling transactions, and basic computer literacy.
- **Other**: Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

**Benefits**:

- Incentives of up to 10% of the monthly salary, based on the store's achievement and budget.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
